Er hei\u00dft wegen seiner roten Tonerde, die sich besonders f\u00fcr den Anbau von Riesling eignet. Der obere Weg entlang des Hanges bietet zahlreiche Ausblicke ins Rheintal an. Es gibt Pl\u00e4tze mit einem besonderen Ausblick ins Tal, ins hessische Ried bis zu Taunus und Odenwald und zur Skyline von Frankfurt am Main. Auch f\u00fcr M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Picknick und zum Relaxen ist gesorgt. Sogar die Kunst kommt nicht zu kurz.
